Michał Wróbel (born 1995) is a visual artist based in Poland and a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. His creative practice spans painting, drawing, sculpture, and installation, grounded in the use of classical materials.
His artistic language is rooted in minimalism, yet emotionally rich. He primarily works in the colorfield painting tradition, creating large-scale, contemplative compositions that emphasize surface, color, and texture. His works often balance the organic and the industrial, evoking both harmony and tension. Monochromatic palettes, textured surfaces and cracks are signature elements of his style.
Through his compositions, Wróbel revisits the legacy of European painting and classical antiquity, crafting refined visual narratives that explore timeless themes of beauty and drama.
